We’re opening something special in** January 2026**, a purpose-built, 136-place service with 7 beautiful rooms made for curiosity, connection, and learning.

As our **2IC**, you’ll work side by side with our Service Manager to help bring Ripley to life, building the team, shaping the culture, and supporting educators to shine. You’ll also be part of a connected community of 2ICs across Story House, sharing ideas, learning together, and growing your leadership piece by piece. Join us as early as **November** to help write Ripley’s first chapter
