**You'll learn lots of skills including**:

- Helping support professionals and support staff - it's all about the team
- Welcoming customers face to face.
- Answering and forwarding calls and taking messages.
- Supporting smooth running of the organisation
- You'll also study a Certificate III in Business while at work - you're provided with 3 hrs per week for coursework
