**Duty Manager-Bowen Basin Region-Remote Coastal Queensland**

**MLKA Hospitality Recruitment specialises in remote, live in hospitality roles in remote, regional and outback areas Australia wide.**

**Escape the daily grind of the city for the relaxed environment of a remote role - accommodation packages are provided with all roles.**

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this busy property located in remote coastal Queensland, in the Bowen Basin region.

This role would suit a hands on manager with excellent hospitality knowledge.

Overlooking the water, the hotel operates 7 days per week from 10am until late and features Live music, bar, bistro, bottle shop and gaming.

The town offers beautiful weather, fantastic fishing and a friendly welcoming community.

This is an excellent opportunity and a great way to save.

**Salary Package**:

- **Fulltime Award Rate-Level 5-Includes Annual leave**:

- Monday-Friday $26.31 / Saturday $32.89 / Sunday $39.47
- Overtime Monday-Friday first 2 hours $39.37 / Overtime on weekends $52.62
- FREE Accommodation onsite OR Offsite Accommodation $100 per week

**Duties**:

- General shift supervision
- Staff supervision and training
- Hands on across all areas of the property
- All aspects of gaming, pokies, TAB and keno payouts and compliance
- General administration duties-daily counting and balancing of tills, cash ups
- General open / closes
- Other duties as required
- Previous experience with gaming, food & beverage and retail
- Previous experience in all areas of Pub Operations
- Hold a current RMLV & QLD Approved Managers or be able to obtain
- Hold or be able to obtain a current police clearance
