**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:You will be part of a close and enthusiatic workforce team focused on providing a supportive environment for Bank / Pool nurses and midwives at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
- Rostering of Pool midwives
- Coordinate interviews and assist with on-boarding new Bank and Pool staff
- Develop close relationships with a range of stakeholders, including Bank and Pool staff and Senior clinical staff, Allocators and Afterhours Coordinators
- Reconcile invoicing for agency staff
- Follow up on staff competencies
**ABOUT YOU**:
- High level office skills with eye for detail
- High level of customer service, team work and problem solving skills
- Experience in data entry, preferably in Allocation systems
- 'Can Do', calm approach

- Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services.
