**About the Position**

***We are looking to welcome a**Family Support Practitioner**to deliver an outreach model of family case-management programs addressing identified needs and child protection concerns.**

- **Full time opportunity.**:

- **Position government funded until 31 December 2027 with possible extension.**:

- **Level 4 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $85,127 - $91,588 + Super.**

- **Engage families and develop case plans and which addresses unmet needs and child protection concerns.**:

- **Working with other professionals and agencies utilising an ecological model.**

***About You**

***:

- **A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).**:

- **At least 2 years’ experience providing case-management and therapeutic services to families, caregivers, young people and children in a child protection framework.**:

- **Cultural awareness and an understanding of how to communicate and work effectively with families from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.**

- **Current driver’s licence.**:

- **Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).**
