**About the role**

The National Manager Mobiles Performance and Support is responsible for delivery of the state-based mobile plans. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for all aspects of mobile operations apart from the collection process. This includes location and calendar planning, logistics, performance monitoring and fleet maintenance. You will maximise reach of mobile donor centres while considering costs and ensuring Lifeblood have capacity to deliver new acquisition opportunities.

This role is integral in driving a nationally consistent approach to our support activities assisting our mobile operations to collect the required donations to meet recipient needs and deliver the mobile component of the network growth plan.

- Experience leading teams and driving results in a service or similar geographically dispersed environment
- Ability to monitor performance, identify opportunities and execute strategy, change management and review outcomes
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, develop internal networks and work in a team with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly developed analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to coach and educate others
- Proven ability to identify, assess and resolve problems using sound judgement using data, feedback from stakeholders and expertise
- Track record of interpreting and translating strategic objectives to achievie results
- Influencing skills with a willingness to respectfully challenging existing practices
- Experience in change management or transformation

This is a permanent full-time or potential part-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based ideally out of Melbourne but we are open on location. National travel will be required.
