Your Role: *
The Member Operations Analyst is responsible for the advancement of implementing change to member’s products and process in accordance with the obligations under product Terms and Conditions, contracts, legislation and regulation.
The Analyst will support the Manager focusing on the following;
- Eliminate friction between the member experience and the operational delivery
- Detect and respond to issues, ensuring adherence to compliance
- Identify and initiate improvements for the member experience, supporting the scoping, piloting and implementation
- Informing the business in relation to system and process changes, to ensure alignment between projects and operational needs and realities
- Member understanding - advocate an empathetic member view throughout the organisation
- Assist in the rollout of new processes, policies and/or technologies across the organisation as identified through process improvement opportunities
- Constructively influencing internal stakeholders to adopt a way of problem identifying and solving that aligns to the member centric operating model and associated methodologies (including human-centered design)
- Planning, directing and controlling policies and plans that attain specific image-related objectives that reinforce the overall position of products and services
- Performing corrections and reduce errors within member data
- Creating process, procedure and policy documentation
- Understand and execute variations to product including but not limited to interest rate, repayment changes and product variations within the Bank’s systems

- Solid understanding of the regulated financial services industry
- Solid understanding of products and pricing within financial services industry
- Proven track record in implementing change
- Confident and engaging communicator
- High level problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Strategy, Data or other related business discipline
