**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be responsible for working within a passionate finance time in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the accounts receivable and billing processes for the finance team.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Ensure the full function of accounts receivable are effectively managed including; billings, receipting, reconciliations and debt collections;
- Effectively manage the debtor cycle including; collection of outstanding high-value payments, payment plans, managing customer payments and reduction of collection risks;
- Ensure all customer queries and disputes are resolved, as well as escalation of bad debts;
- Provide accounts assistance and guidance to relevant team members in the organisation.

**Skills Required**:

- High attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with a great numerate & analytical understanding;
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to efficiently communicate with everyone in the organisation;
- Previous experience working in complex and high-volume environments;
- Effective ability to manage your workload and meet all deadlines.
