Our client is a successful, innovative designer of Bathroomware and Plumbing products. To support growth, they are seeking a team leader to oversee day-to-day operations in their QLD office and lead a small administration and warehouse team.

The position is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the QLD business. This is a hands-on role, so you must be comfortable stepping in and supporting team members in the office and warehouse environments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a great attitude and a collaborative and proactive leadership style.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting QLD office/warehouse staff
- Ensuring the office and warehouse run seamlessly.
- Prioritising customer service always
- Maintaining office and company policies
- Providing support to the entire team and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Deal with challenges proactively and consistently using a common-sense approach.
- Answering phone calls and data entry of sales orders

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a team leader/manager
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn new products and services
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to inspire and lead others to achieve company goals.
- Highly organised with solid follow-through abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Highly motivated, flexible, and possesses a positive attitude.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
