The person coming into this position must be willing to get their hands dirty and get a real understanding of timber, the sawmilling process, our equipment, and technology as well as the products produced.

**The Green Quality Coordinator will be responsible for tasks including**:

- Contributing to planning, procedures, QA and technical learning.
- Analysing mill & machine performance and providing technical reports and recommendations to improve process efficiencies.
- Develop, implement and review process to ensure consistency of operation performance and recoveries.
- Support for reliability and engineering teams in problem solving.
- Working with Sales, Scheduling and OEM Software to generate and maintain value driven solutions.
- Ensuring all processes minimise waste.
- Providing sound advice and support for the Quality Control Officers within the department.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team to meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve effectively.
- Excellent computer and systems knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills.
