Our Bluewater Leisure Centre is a multipurpose aquatic and recreation centre and provides health and fitness participation options for all ages. At Bluewater, we are proud to provide Colac and surrounding areas a first-class leisure and recreation facility that now sits among the best a regional town has to offer.

As **Coordinator Health and Experience **you will:

- Oversee, develop, and maintain a high functioning Programs, Customer Relations, and Childcare delivery teams to ensure all customers have an excellent experience every time they visit Bluewater.
- Review, plan, develop and implement a range of programs and services ensuring that Bluewater provide relevant and accessible opportunities for a broad range of demographics within the community.
- Assist the Centre Manager to develop and implement a marketing and growth strategy for Bluewater to promote programs and services to the broader community.
- Develop, implement, and review service unit procedures and processes to ensure compliance with Council and industry policies.

**K**ey responsibilities include**:

- Supervise and assist the Programs, Customer Relations and Childcare Team Leaders with day to day operational requirements to ensure high quality customer experiences and services.
- Provide supervision, leadership and professional development of the Customer Relations Assistants, Gym Instructors, Group Exercise Instructors and Childcare Assistants.
- Ensure Bluewater’s Programs, Customer Relations and Childcare services units operate in accordance with all relevant government Acts, regulations and guidelines, as well as Colac Otway Shire and Bluewater policies and procedures.
- Ensure every Bluewater customer is greeted on arrival and has a positive experience in the facility.
- Assist with the development and implementation the Centre’s marketing plan.
- Supervise and review all group fitness timetables.

***About You**:
To support your success in this role you will have:

- Qualifications and/or experience in successfully developing and implementing community health, fitness and wellbeing programs within a leisure facility.
- Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated experience in leading a team to improve customer experience.
- Ability to contribute to the preparation and implementation of:

- Business Development and Budgets.
- Marketing and Promotion.
- Staff Development.
- Ability to be an effective leader of staff.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Current Drivers licence, Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check.

Salary information: $84,218.68 to $90,918.88 per annum plus superannuation.
