We are a small family-operated delicatessen that takes pride in delivering high-quality products and customer service for over 35 years.

**Job Type**:Part-time

**Schedule**:3 days a week, flexible to employee schedule.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Slice, cut, weigh and price deli products such as meats and cheeses
- Operate deli equipment such as slicers and scales.
- Maintain courteous and friendly attitude towards customers.
- Restocking products, ensuring shelves and meat displays are filled.
- Clean and sanitize work area i.e. display cases and deli equipment.
- Sweep and mop behind the counter and store area
- Operate cash register when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently
- At least 1 year experience in deli or as a shop assistant is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
