**The Opportunity**:
CSR are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented** Procurement Category Specialist**to support key **Logistics**activities, including Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Fuels, Warehousing & Racking, and Courier services. The final portfolio within the Logistics category can be tailored to suit experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team, develop your procurement expertise, and contribute to strategic sourcing and supplier management in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Category Support & Procurement Coordination**
- Assist with procurement tasks across logistics categories.
- Conduct market research, gather supplier info, and assist with procurement documentation.
- Support supplier relationship management through performance tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and support planning.

**Sourcing & Supplier Management**
- Assist in the sourcing lifecycle: demand analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract execution.
- Help manage supplier agreements and ensure contract compliance.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and pricing analysis.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.

**Collaboration & Process Improvement**
- Work with senior procurement staff and internal stakeholders.
- Support workflow improvements and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Help track procurement metrics and contribute to spend analysis reporting.

**Compliance & Risk Management**
- Support contract administration and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating supplier-related risks.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for audit readiness.

**Team Support**
- Provide sourcing support to both Central and Site Operations across the business.

**What we're looking for**:

- Understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts (knowledge of Chain of Responsibility is a plus).
- Experience or interest in category planning, sourcing, and contract management.
- Proactive and goal-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in supplier performance tracking and process optimization.
- Experience in project coordination and a willingness to grow stakeholder management skills.
- A degree or diploma in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
