Your key responsibilities
- Lead secretariat functions which will provide support to key governance bodies. Provide support to the Executive Director in respect to Program activities, governance, planning, coordination, critical dependencies, and contribute to the successful delivery of the Program. Develop and maintain Program documentation. Work Collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Games Delivery Partners and Program Partners. Engage with stakeholders as required to ensure active communication and information flow. Represent the Program at departmental, interdepartmental, interagency and community meetings, forums and events as required. Adhere to Brisbane 2032 Program Management standards, procedures and reporting requirements set by the Brisbane 2032 Coordination Office. Cultural integrity: Exercise a high level of cultural capability engaging with First Nations peoples and communities.
