**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has opened in our **Marsden Park facility** in Sydney for a **Loan Kit Technician.** If you are searching for the desire to make difference in the lives of many, by delivering innovative surgical supplies to a vast industry in healthcare, look no further
- Shipment, delivery and tracking of instrument kits to public and private hospitals.
- Assembly of medical implants used in Orthopaedic, Ophthalmic and spinal procedures.
- Instrument management including, dispatch, inspection outgoing and incoming, maintenance of instruments (including replacement and/or repair where necessary), return of contaminated kits as per company policy.
- Partner with stakeholders across various teams.
- Ensuring consistency high service standards are delivered to both internal and external customers.

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience working in Loan Kits is highly desirable.
- High level of attention to detail and dexterity.
- A focus on maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- A collaborative team player
