**_The Role_**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. Reporting to Group Supply Chain Finance Manager, your role is responsible for developing strong functional relationships with site Operations Manager and the broader Management Team. You will lead and providing strategic direction and support to the organization through managing finance for the business.

Working closely with the site Operations Manager, you will provide analysis, feedback and advice to the leadership team on the financial implications of the Patties Adelaide site activities and any critical impacts.

A strong focus of the role is to support cost reduction by developing and measuring cost KPI’s for materials, labour, and overheads. Along with managing all annual operational budgets, financial reports and compliance matters, the role supports cost reduction by developing and measuring of cost KPI’s for materials, labour and overheads.

To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified in business or accounting with significant finance management experience, preferably in a FMCG industry. You will have strong communication skills and high abstract reasoning. You will be analytical minded and a methodical problem solver.
