**The Client**
Our client is a respected and renowned organisation within their industry. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their friendly and dynamic team based in the CBD. This is a 3 - 6 month temporary assignment to assist the team during a busy period.
**Duties**

Reporting directly into the Procurement Manager, and working within a medium sized team, your daily tasks will include;
- Quality checks and processing of payments to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers, members and employees
- Monitor and investigate system integration and transaction exceptions in AP systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Support AP system administration activities to ensure currency and accuracy of system-based data
- Creation of reporting and data management to deliver visibility of spend, user behaviours and process performance in P2P AP systems
- Create and monitor purchase requisitions to support organisational purchasing activities
**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in an end to end Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay position
- Understanding of SAP is essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to workplace tasks
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
