**The ROLE**:

- Lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of each repair job, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed repairs to verify quality and compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing guidance and assistance to technicians as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, promoting professional development and continuous learning.

**YOU**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge of Nissan vehicles, their systems, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other departments.
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
