**About this role**:
Our client is a key supplier of commercial têxtiles and related products in the Architectural and Design industry. A leader in the New Zealand têxtile market, they are now working throughout Australasia.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales in commercial sectors across Queensland, New South Wales and Australia Capital Territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop customer and client database Plan and carry out sales calls to all existing database accounts to showcase new products, update all sampling and to discuss current projects Create, respond to and follow up new contacts in all market areas Update customer sampling library. Send samples out where required. Organise your own sampling areas Liaise with international suppliers and Project Manage customer orders and shipments Report weekly to the Sales Manager and MD of sales calls Achieve/exceed quarterly set budgets Attend sales meetings (sometimes international) and other relevant company functions and trade shows as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven architectural specification sales experience Client exposure across high-end residential, commercial workplace/retail/hospitality in both A&D and building sectors Previous experience in têxtiles desirable
