Immediate hours available as a kitchen hand with guidance to progress into an apprentice chef if you want to.
If you are already an apprentice looking for a change, we'd like to hear from you too. If you have only worked as a kitchen hand and want to begin an apprenticeship, we're interested in you as well.

On weekdays, we have busy business lunches and consistent trade all day for workers takeaway food. On the weekends, a very busy breakfast trade (particularly Sunday’s) and equally busy lunches. We open for a la carte dinner on Friday & Saturday nights, plus we are also a destination for intimate events, with many Saturday nights booked for canapé cocktail parties or formal sit down, multi course dinners. Our menu is modern Australian restaurant fare, with a focus on using high quality ingredients and making everything from scratch.

The successful applicant will enjoy;
- Mostly day shifts with only 2 nights per week in a rotating roster
- Reasonable working hours and conditions
- Work in an established restaurant with job security, longevity and opportunities for professional development
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate the team around them
- Be paid the restaurant industry award wage, including weekend penalties and super (approx $27/h weekdays, $35+/h weekends)
- Be organised, punctual and reliable with time management skills and attention to detail
- Have an interest in food and hospitality
- Must be available weekends and Friday/Saturday nights
