**Description**

Our **Food & Beverage team** helps deliver those moments through quality meals, great coffee, and outstanding service. We’re currently on the lookout for **Casual Kitchen Hand** to help keep our kitchens running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring every guest receives the Dreamworld standard of excellence.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a **Kitchen Hand**, you’ll play a key support role within our culinary operations. Working across a variety of food outlets, from cafés to quick-service venues, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that kitchen spaces are clean, organised, and safe for food preparation and service. This includes operating commercial dishwashers, ensuring crockery and utensils are always available, deep cleaning surfaces and equipment, and assisting in waste disposal and recycling processes.

You’ll also assist with stock rotation and restocking when needed and may occasionally support basic food preparation. Adhering to all hygiene and chemical handling procedures is critical, as is maintaining high standards under pressure, particularly during peak service periods.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where your efficiency and attention to detail will help shape the guest experience, even if you're working behind the scenes.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Good time management and communication skills
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks
- A basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to assist with food preparation as needed
- Availability for flexible hours, with **Friday and Saturday nights essential**
