Wilson Security is seeking a full-time Security/ Control Room Officer to join the team

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference, and contribute to the success of the team

**The position function includes**:

- Control Room duties
- Monitor Access Control System / BMS for alarms
- Internal & External Patrols
- Concierge/Customer service skills
- Complete daily logs
- Conduct effective and written handovers

**Role requirements**:

- NSW Security License
- Control Room licence - Experience will be highly regarded
- Current valid Driver’s license
- Current First Aid qualification
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Strong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster - 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off (2days, 2nights)
