QA Supervisor, Corporate Lending Operations

**How will I help?**

In this role you support Corporate and Institutional Banking with Corporate loan processing. You will assist your team who will ensure all facility enrichments, drawdowns, repayment, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met and customer service levels is at the highest level. As part of your role as Supervisor you will complete necessary checks, review risk components, and provide support to front office teams on deals and loans.
- Ensure daily processing of enrichments, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations have been met
- Appropriate escalation to Manager of BAU issues, and 1LOD Risk team for incidents
- Ensure checklist is accurately completed and escalation of any items that have not been actioned
- Work closely with peers to ensure processes are performed consistently and in line with SOP's and JUNO Controls
- Actively and positively engage and led in huddles and formal team meetings
- Crossing training with the team to cover business needs / and career development
- Embrace change initiatives and work to implement them seamlessly within the required risk framework and change process

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Degree qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years industry experience coupled with supervisory experience.
- Specific product knowledge advantageous (Syndicated/Bilateral Loans/Agency)
- Specific system knowledge advantageous (LoanIQ)
- Excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in fast-paced environment
- Energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across an organisation
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to acquiring product and systems knowledge
- Flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure
