**About You**

We are seeking personal Care Workers who are passionate about working in Aged Care, with experience in Home & Community Care who are willing to travel to client homes which are located in Ringwood and surrounding suburbs (Eastern Suburbs) to provide Care & support.

You will assist senior Australians to maintain their independence in their homes.

You will have a strong connection with our rostering teams and your supervisor, who will offer you the support you need.

**Duties of the role**
- Support our elderly clients in their home
- Assist in personal care
- Domestic cleaning
- Assisting in community access through transportation, shopping and social outings
- Providing Companionship
- Provide proper documentation after every shift
- Taking a reasonable care for your health and safety and others
- Not to be under the influence and/or use of alcohol or drugs while at work

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/ Individual support
- No qualification needs for Domestic Carer
- Current level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Ability to use Microsoft and other Olivet Care software products as required
- A mobile Phone (Android or Apple)
- A current driver’s license and access to a registered(roadworthy) insured vehicle
- Good verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills (for rosters, eLearning, progress notes, etc.)
- Enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
- Current National Police Certificate clearance/NDIS Screening Check
- COVID 19 and Flu Vaccinations evidence
- Have full Australian working rights
- Administration of medication will be highly regarded
