**Key **Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high level of WHS standards
- Ensure all customer orders are entered in a timely manner
- Ensure all deliveries are made in correct manner and time frame and monitor driver credits and hand held devices
- Maintain vehicles ensuring services are carried out when and as required
- Ensure staff evaluation, recruitment and training procedures are adhered to
- Ensure wages, budgets and freight charges are kept within guidelines
- Follow company procedures relating to any issues raised regarding drivers
- Involve and receive feedback from supervisors daily/ongoing
- Co-ordinate effective and efficient routing of all trucks and staff to ensure maximum delivery and service
- Regular discussion with Sales Representatives in regards to customer requirements and driver feedback

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the Food Service Distributions industry
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills
- Computer based systems knowledge
- Prior proven experience in people management
- A solid knowledge of HACCP and OH&S regulations
- Flexible and reliable
- HR truck and forklift license (advantageous)
- Be a problem solver externally and internally
