We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Logistics team, within our Operations Division on a full-time, permanent basis as a Coordinator - Logistics Customer Support.

This role is primarily responsible for responding to customer queries and communications to provide assistance and administrative support to the tasks that are carried out across both the Shipping Operations and the broader Logistics Teams.

**Reporting to the Manager - Key Accounts and working closely with operational personnel in head office and regional areas, the key deliverables for the role are**:
- Assist with the execution of customer registrations and provide ongoing customer support;- Assist with the management of customers bulk and container nominations ensuring compliance with CBH’s agreements;- Assist with the execution of fortnightly customer forecasts for shipping and container capacity and other outturn activities;- Assist with follow up and resolution of customer complaints;- Assist with maintaining CRM and logging all customer interactions;- Administer billing for services provided for CBH customers; and- Assist with the management and maintenance of the PortQ capacity management system;- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service facing role;- Customer driven with the demonstrated ability to form and maintain positive relationships;- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;- Sound organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise; and- The ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
