**About the role...**
The Manager, Contract Reporting is a member of the Evolve FM Leadership Team and is responsible for managing a small team in ensuring that all reporting requirements for Evolve FM’s clients are managed efficiently and delivered on time every time.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Serve as single point of contact for internal and Client teams in the areas of data and reporting, ensuring that data included in organisational performance reports is accurate and complete.
- Manage all contractual reporting requirements for Evolve FM clients by maintaining a reporting schedule and ensuring deliverables are met on time every time.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with account leadership and team to become the “trusted advisor for all things reporting”.
- Manage a small team
- Build effective working relationships with technical/BI/IT personnel to ensure all contract reporting requirements for Evolve FM clients is completed on time, ensuring the achievement of benchmarks for area of accountability.
- Completing the performance and development review for direct reports and ensuring direct reports complete for their direct reports; along with the annual talent management process for direct reports (and assigned mentees where applicable).
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Provide support for a broad range of technology and business matters.
**About you...**
We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrives on building relationships and providing service excellence.
- Commercial property/ facilities/ project management sector experience (experience from comparable sectors will also be considered).
- Expert at Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and a working knowledge of other Microsoft products.
- Strong analytical skills to review and interpret contractual data and information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with both stakeholders and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data and reports.
- Project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to contract reporting and analysis.
- Leadership skills to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
