At Nestle, we have a Procurement Specialist vacancy. Your purpose will be to support and drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that deliver value in various Services and Indirect material categories. This role includes working closely with regional procurement and multiple stakeholders to understand business needs, drive outcomes and deliver value through sourcing activities, process improvements and negotiations.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will be responsible for:

- Leading procurement-related activities to deliver value in identified categories, including understanding business needs across multiple business units, driving key initiatives and working closely with regional procurement
- Supporting stakeholders in delivering outcomes and innovation that meet their business needs
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and driving process improvements
- Supplier performance management, process improvements, reporting and issue resolution
- Being the first point of contact for your categories
- Providing insights to support cost management, budgets and provide timely visibility in relation to risks and opportunities

**ARE YOU A FIT?
- You are able to successfully drive and deliver projects, and understand end-to-end processes
- You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
- You have excellent project management, collaboration, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and experience with managing stakeholders and suppliers
- You have strong analytical skills and an understanding of risk management
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, with an understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes
- Procurement experience within FMCG and across a broad range of Marketing & Corporate services categories is a plus
- Experience in a multi-national or complex local environment, will be viewed favourably.
