As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving delivery of the Workday roadmap. The role will work as part of a cross-functional team that is empowered to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the P&C digital service offering, with a focus on providing an engaging user experience, self-service options and process automation.

This role will be responsible for contributing to the product vision, prioritising the roadmap, gathering requirements (e.g. user journeys) and supporting change activities as they relate to the employee/leader experience and/or P&C business processes.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will have experience as either a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst role (or a similar role). You are comfortable leading stakeholders to implement and optimise programs through analysis, reporting and identifying new opportunities.

Your ability to lead through ambiguity, think creatively, maintain focus and bring others along on a journey in a faced past agile environment will be critical to your success. You consider yourself a motivated self-starter, skilled at collaborating in autonomous teams, comfortable building relationships, and leading distributed teams.

We’re looking for:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.- Experience working with cloud-based enterprise people systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP)- A long-term product management / development mindset (as opposed to project delivery)-
- Excellent verbal, written and documentation skills including the ability to conduct large group workshops and present to all levels of the organisation- Experience working with and managing vendors
