**About The Role**:

- ARC is looking for a new team member to join our **Ballina** branch as an **Operator**where you will be using manual machines to shape & cut reinforcing bar.

You'll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. Being a part of ARC provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution. It also opens doors for career progression and development opportunities.

The working hours are **8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 3pm Friday.**

**As a key member of the team you will**:

- Operate manual benders to shape and cut reinforcing bars and mesh
- Operate a forklift
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers
- Promote and contribute to a safe workplace
