**About The Role**
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking kitchen hand to join our team. As a kitchen hand, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, assisting in food preparation and ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils and dishes
- Assisting in food preparation
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counter tops, and cleaning spills
- Storing food and ingredients in the correct place
- Helping the chefs in various task.
- Any other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the head chef
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

This position offers 15-20 hours per week and would be perfect for an individual studying or recently completed study in commercial cookery, or someone wanting to develop on currently skill set.
