Successful applicants will possess a strong administrative skill, in retrieving and maintaining documentation along with strong interpersonal skills to develop excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you will be negotiating job plans, scheduling client appointments and monitoring action plans, whilst completing accurate documentation of progress notes and outcome claim forms.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Assist in administrative responsibilities to meet contractual and legislative needs
- Ensure documentation and compliance for Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts are achieved
- Review program targets on a quarterly basis
- Maintain knowledge of current DES guidelines and procedures
- Ensure evidence for claims are commented and submitted
- Maintain evidence of mutual obligation requirements from clients
- Able to work independently and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Selection criteria includes**:
- Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience
- 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve.
- Experience working with KPI's
- Ability to build key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- A valid C class driving license.
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
