An opportunity currently exists for an exerienced ACAS clinician with a nursing or allied health background, to join our team in a casual capacity

**About the Role**

Working within the Community Aged Care Services Team, supported by the ACAS Team Leader, with peer support from other ACAS clinicians the primary objective of the role would be to complete detailed individual comprehensive assessment and care planning for eligible older clients.
