**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity to make a difference in your local community assisting a person who has suffered a stroke and wishes to achieve their goals around the support of their family in their home through your Disability Support Worker experience.

**Duties**

As a Support Worker you will be supporting a variety of clients in the following capacity:

- Monitoring and assisting them with daily activities
- Lead the client to achieve the very best in life and helping them work towards their goals
- Positive and respectful attitude within a welcoming family environment
- Personal care
- Long consistent hours
- Working with a family to achieve their goals
- Being part of a supportive family

**About You**:

- NDIS Screener Check
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualifications or experience
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Medication Certificate
- Valid Full Driver's License and Fully Insured Vehicle
- Working with children check
