**What role will you play?**

In this diverse role based in Sydney, you will partner with our Front-Office fixed income and currencies businesses to provide insights and analytics, combining your strong financial control or product experience and understanding of complex products to support their Profit and Loss (P&L) analyses, new products and initiatives, and continued growth,. You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across Sydney, Singapore, London, and New York.

You will be the central point of contact with the business on all controls related issues with respect to revenue reporting and daily/monthly controls. Supporting your role are a team who perform the end-to-end month-end close process, allowing you to focus on revenue analyses, building and maintaining strong internal relationships with the Front Office, Market risk, and Financial Control, whilst ensuring an effective control environment is maintained by identifying risk and enhancements to the overall control framework.

**What you offer**
- strong communication with proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- commercial acumen partnered with a results oriented mindset
- excellent knowledge of financial products (i.e bonds, derivatives, structured products), and prior experience with derivative financial instruments and IR/FX trading businesses would be a welcome advantage.
- tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance or business) and CA/CPA qualification are also expected.
