**Calling All Flooring Experts**
Join the Dynamic Team at Hawk CFC. This role offers salary ranging $75,000-$90,000 per annum + super.

Hawk CFC, a well-established family-owned commercial flooring company, is expanding its team and seeking experienced flooring applicators to join us. We are on the lookout for skilled professionals with expertise in:

- Double check result of hard, chemical resistant and flame-retardant underlay coating to protect floors.
- Installation of trim and molding & ensure subfloor surface is level, dry and clean.
- Ensuring flooring equipment is maintained and laying coverings & other durable materials, ensuring patterns align, cutting around fixtures, and trimming the edges neatly.
- Generally securing & fitting edge of doorway trims and covering, including but not limited to sanding surfaces of floor to achieve high quality finish.
- Polishing the appearance of the floor after and smooth out any defects on coving panel.
- Toolbox meetings with Operations Manager weekly to update status of projects which are assigned and updates on hazards reporting.
- Participate and complete Safety Training and Company Training that are mandated via our ISO 9001 QMS.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing and stable company, with ongoing projects for prominent clients in the Perth Metro area. Some projects may require work on weekends or outside of Perth, offering additional pay and allowances.

**The Ideal Applicant**:

- Must have 2-3 years proven work experience
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving complete job completion and safety.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
