**What is The role?**
TLR are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Field Service Technician for ongoing role in Melbourne CBD a and working throughout Victoria, servicing and installing OEM equipment. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and working closely with TLR management the outsourced provider you will be required to provide written and software based feedback on key findings within a PM and break down situation to develop better machinery up-time.
**Your Background**
We are ideally seeking an individual who has a minimum Cert3 to 4 in fitting and machining with experience with hydraulics and pneumatics' with trouble shooting, with proven track record in plant maintenance with Robotics', with skills and experienced in preventative maintenance to machinery diagnostics.
- Completing scheduled preventative maintenance on Palletising and related packaging and automation machinery
- Attending service calls and completing planned an break down repairs
- Carry out all mechanical works in accordance with technical documentation and procedures including fault finding and general Machinery diagnostics
- Proactively maintain customer relationships with both professional integrity and safety awareness.
- Able to carry out online Training and working remotely.
**_Essential Criteria ?_**
- Australian qualifications in Cert 3 to 4 and experienced Special Class Fitter / Maintenance technician
- Previous experience in diagnosis of complex mechanical and Pneumatic systems
- Hold a current VIC drivers licence
- Commitment to Zero Harm culture with a strong customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a self starter
- Highly motivated with ability to be flexible in regards to start/finish times and after hours work
- Experience in the FMCG or automotive industry would be highly advantageous
- Electrical connect and disconnect licence, Forklift Licence would be preferred, but not essential
- Able to weld Mig and Tig for the purposes of support breakdown repairs
