Due to steady growth over the last 15 years, a new position has been created to assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery across Australia and New Zealand. There is also an element of fault finding, servicing and repairing of new and existing equipment. When not travelling the position is located in Campbellfield.

Specific duties will include:

- Install and commission new machines;
- Train operators in the use of the machines;
- Fault finding, cleaning and rebuilding machines;
- Write reports making future recommendation for service and spare parts;
- Sell spare parts prior to machine breaking down;
- Good communication with all stakeholders.

Professional background and experience required:

- Ability to read detailed drawings;
- Ability to disassemble components, fault find, repair and successfully re-assemble;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service;
- Promoting spare parts and service.

The successful person will be self motivated with the ability to work independently with solid communication skills and exceptional personal presentation to be able to represent the company in a professional manner.

Ideally, a manufacturing or field technician background with either mechanical or hydraulic qualifications would be ideal. Must be able to travel for up to 20+ days both locally and overseas once travel restrictions have eased. Training will be provided on site in Melbourne as well as attending installations with other technicians.
