We split our time between Carlisle and South Perth and are looking for someone who can be a steady, supportive presence during the after-school hours. If you're reliable, friendly, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids, we'd love to welcome you into our little village. **Your Duties**: - School Pickup: Safely collect our daughter from school in Como and drive her home (Carlisle or South Perth, depending on the day). Supervision & Companionship: Provide a calm and caring presence during the afternoon, ensuring she feels supported and relaxed after her school day. Light Snack Preparation: Offer or prepare a healthy snack if needed. Homework Support: Encourage or assist with any light homework or reading, if required. Engagement: Spend time engaging with her in creative or relaxed activities (e.g., drawing, chatting, board games, playing in the park). Safety First: Ensure a safe environment at all times and maintain open communication with us if anything arises. **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - The ideal caregiver is someone warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. You're someone who understands the balance between being fun and being responsible - someone who can share a laugh, listen with patience, and create a calm and reassuring presence after a busy school day. You're proactive, respectful of family routines, and happy to help ease the transition between school and home.
