About Goodstart McDowall

Goodstart Mcdowall is a purpose built centre in Flockton Street shopping precinct
We’re a 74 place centre open from 6.30am-6.30pm caring for children aged six weeks to five years.
Our warm, friendly and professional team of educators strive to provide the highest quality care and learning experiences for the children through strong partnership with our families
Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can build a sense of belonging. We believe in a play-based learning environment that supports children to have agency and build connection with country and culture.
We have carefully designed spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability - while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam
We work with our loacl community to help enrich our children’s learning experiences

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid)
