We are currently looking for an experienced commercial Claims Executive to join their Melbourne team. This person will provide clients with an exceptional claims experience and will be confident working with multiple product lines.

**The Role**

Based in the Melbourne office, you will be responsible for delivery of end to end management of a portfolio of claims across multiple product lines. Technical support & training will be provided as required.

You will collaborate and create strong relationships with brokers, clients, underwriters and service providers - with the ultimate goal to work as part of a team to provide the best possible outcome for your clients.
- You will be expected to deliver outstanding client service in line with our client's culture.
- Analyse and respond to the first notification of the claim.
- Appointing and instructing loss adjusters and third party service providers where required.
- Providing detailed advice to the client regarding the strategy and steps to be taken to ensure a resolution to the claim.
- Identifying and obtaining relevant documentation as required to progress the claim.
- Advocating on behalf of the client to ensure favourable claims outcomes.
- Ensure all claims are paid in a timely manner.

**Your Skills & Experience**
We are looking for a talented claim individual with a passion for client advocacy:

- Proven experience in end to end claims management for commercial insurance products (2+ years) at a brokerage OR insurer.
- Insurance related qualifications will be highly regarded, however not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work autonomously, with well-developed time management skills & attention to detail.
