**About the role**

Reporting to Training and Development Administration Team Lead, this role provides front of house administrative support to the MinRes Business and its associated clients and providers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers
- Ensure compliance of the MinRes Business by working within the MinRes Company Standards
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MinRes Training System (e.g. INX InTuition)
- Assist in the end-to-end External & Group Training Bookings process
- Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency
- Support MinRes through the continuous promotion of training initiatives and opportunities
- Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTOs

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or similar with a proven background in Learning & Development
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Desirable
- Valid C Class driver’s licence
- Experience in administration, preferably in the resources industry
- Experience in a role that requires high volume data entry
- Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint
