**Position**: Bartender/Front of House All-Rounder

**Location**: Southport QLD 4215

**Shifts**: Friday and Saturday nights, with more opportunities as it gets busier

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with a strong focus on quality and presentation.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist in taking and delivering food orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front of house area.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bartending or front of house role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess relevant certifications (e.g., Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
