We're actively seeking skilled babysitters with experience to provide exceptional support to families throughout the Toowoomba Region.

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the remarkable opportunity to offer babysitting services within the cozy confines of families' homes or accommodations. You'll establish yourself as a reliable pillar of support for families, offering regular assistance on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Additionally, you'll collaborate with likeminded babysitters within out team to orchestrate unforgettable play experiences for group bookings involving 3 or more children at various hotels and Airbnb locations.

At Little Wonders, we hold a steadfast commitment to providing assistance to Australian Defence Force families and all others by offering services such as date night babysitting, appointment support, and end-of-year event care. You'll also play an integral role at weddings and private events, delivering interactive care for groups of 3 to 30 children ranging from infancy to 12 years of age.

As a trusted caregiver, you will be entrusted with devising and executing engaging, interactive, and entertaining play experiences tailored to each child's interests and developmental stage. You'll provide support to the family's routine, which may encompass activities such as diaper changes, bath time, meal preparation, and guiding children through their evening rituals seamlessly.

Your past experience working with children will shine through as you adeptly manage each child's unique routine, offer support during moments of heightened emotions, and step in as a nurturing sibling figure when parents require a respite.

On occasion, you may be invited to work collaboratively as part of a team - whether it's for group babysitting engagements, weddings, or events. Operating as an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for managing your invoicing and ensuring your qualifications remain up-to-date.

With the flexibility to select your hours and families, proficiency in time management, effective communication, and delivering top-tier babysitting and nanny services will be your forte.
