Whilst managing a small portfolio of relationships you will use your business development skills and networks to source new to bank business.

**Duties**
- Develop strong customer and referral relationships (deals up to $5m)
- Develop a call program to regularly maintain successful referral relationships

**About You**
- Proven business development and sales experience within business banking
- Demonstrated credit assessment skills in small business banking
- Strategic and customer focused cross sales
- Ability to deliver an end to end service experience
