**Graduate Analyst**

As a Graduate Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts, follows up on correspondence and works to strengthen and grow account relationships.

**We will count on you to**:

- Respond to and action day-to-day communications in a timely manner
- Assist Senior Brokers to Meet agreed portfolio retention rates
- Assist Senior Brokers to achieve financial targets for new and expanded business
- Follow up on correspondence in a timely manner and works to strengthen and grow account relationships
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts
- Carry out account management tasks including processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes and endorsements
- Interacting with internal senior professionals and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reports to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities

- Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Reliable attention to detail
- Effective Organisational, Prioritisation and Time Management capabilities
