Since 1967, KU Georges Hall has been a cherished part of the local community, a place where children, families, and educators feel truly at home. Nestled in a welcoming and inclusive environment, our preschool offers a nurturing space for up to 20 children each day, creating a close-knit and supportive setting for both learning and teaching.

Our beautiful outdoor area is a standout feature, thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of nature. Open Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 3:45pm, we provide a balanced and enriching early childhood program that encourages meaningful relationships, exploration, and growth.

**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and experienced **Service Director**to lead our passionate team and guide our much-loved preschool into its next chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated early childhood professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Assessment and Rating to make a lasting impact.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:45pm for 41 weeks a year, ideal for someone who values both professional challenge and work-life balance.

**Of course, you will need**:

- Relevant experience
- An ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree,
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
- Active NESA Teacher Accreditation,
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
