Greater Adelaide SA, Australia Bami Vietnamese Full time

As a Regional Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Bami Vietnamese locations within the region. Your day-to-day tasks will include store routine inspections, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, implementing company policies and procedures, and driving business growth.

**Key Requirements**
- Conduct routine inspections and check-ups at Bami stores in Adelaide to ensure compliance with local Environmental Health Officer requirements.
- Implement and maintain high standards of store cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
- Train and support restaurant staff in operational best practices.
- Liaise with local council and health officers as required.
- Drive sales and profitability by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Build reporting system and store checkup procedures.
- Monitor and report on store's customer service, hygiene condition and compliance, providing strategic feedback to senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-site management role, preferably in the food and beverage service industry.
- Ability to travel between store locations within Adelaide.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- A passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
