We are looking for a talented **Graphic Design Assistant** to join our creative services team In this role, you will work across multiple brands within the group, creating high-quality visual merchandising elements for windows and instore displays.

You will also collaborate with various departments on packaging, product labelling, and marketing collateral for events and activations, ensuring brand identity and consistency across all projects.

**THE ROLE**:

- Research, develop, and create artwork and production files in collaboration with the Group Window Concept Manager and Group Production Manager.
- Design window and instore signage, props for window concepts, and artwork for hoardings, block-outs, and store fit-outs.
- Maintain seasonal campaign imagery and store opening documents.
- Assist with product labelling, pricing, and information collateral.
- Collaborate with the PR/Marketing team and Brand Art Director on seasonal event collateral.
- Work with product design teams to ensure brand identity is applied consistently.
- Design packaging for special events (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day).
- Support HR with updating forms and creating new documents.
- Assist with visual concepts and artwork for seasonal campaign shoots, including illustrations, graphics, and typography.
- Take on additional tasks such as designing invitations, greeting cards, newsletters, business cards, and other stationery.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven experience in a Graphic Design role, with retail experience advantageous.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, able to support offsite teams.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading freelance teams when required.
