As an experienced Corporate Strategy & Performance Lead you will partner with the organisation to improve performance and build capability in strategic planning. You will manage the lifecycle of corporate planning programs, and develop corporate plans, frameworks and metrics to drive performance outcomes.

**About the Role**
- Partner with the organisation by engaging regularly to provide advice, support and identify opportunities to improve performance and capability in corporate planning and performance.
- Research, write and produce corporate plans, frameworks and strategies that clearly articulate strategic direction, objectives and outcomes.
- Develop and lead the corporate planning programs lifecycle ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and organisational objectives.
- Regularly analyse reporting data, trends and other influencing factors to develop and drive initiatives that improve performance.
- End-to-end project management of Corporate Strategy & Performance projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Lead improvements in access to business intelligence to enable better business decisions based on data and facts.
**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification within organisational strategy, analytical, or business focus (or related discipline) and/or relevant experience, or a lesser qualification but with extensive relevant experience.
- Ability to research, write and produce corporate plans, frameworks and strategies that clearly articulate strategic direction, objectives and outcomes.
- Ability to engage with and drive collaboration with multi-disciplined teams and key stakeholders that may have different interests, views and priorities.
- Experienced in developing and delivering organisational wide improvement initiatives.
